    Nigerian singer, Davido has revealed that his fiancee and mother of his first son, Chioma Rowland has fully recovered from the coronavirus.

    A couple of weeks ago, the singer, his fiancee and the rest of his crew all took tests for the coronavirus but only that of Chioma came out positive. To prevent further spread of the disease, Chioma had to be separated from their child for treatment, leaving Davido to care for him. Davido was also made to self-isolate but there were rumors that he too had contracted the disease and wasn’t willing to speak up. The rumor was laid to rest after revealing that he took another test which came out as negative.

    Davido a few minutes ago took to his Twitter page to share the good news of her recovery. According to him, Chioma tested negative twice for the coronavirus and has fully recovered. The singer made sure to thank his fans and everyone who prayed for her speedy recovery. He wrote: “Glory be to God .. Chioma has now tested negative twice for Covid19 … Thank you all for prayers …. We love you ..”

    Singer, Davido’s fiancee and mother of his son, David Jnr, Chioma, has tested positive for Coronavirus.

    The singer announced this on his IG page this evening. He said their son however tested negative.

    ”Hey everyone ! I came back recently from America after cancelling tour. My fiancé Chioma also came back from London recently with our baby. We had no symptoms and still both feel perfectly fine but because of our recent travel history we decided to take ourselves and our all close associates we’ve come in recent contact with for the COVID-19 test on the 25th of March.

    Unfortunately, my fiancé’s results came back positive while all 31 others tested have come back negative including our baby. We are however doing perfectly fine and she is even still yet to show any symptoms whatsoever. She is now being quarantined and I have also gone into full self isolation for the minimum 14 days. I want to use this opportunity to thank you all for your endless love and prayers in advance and to urge everyone to please stay at home as we control the spread of this virus! Together we can beat this!

  • Davido Opens Up On Chioma’s Pregnancy – “It’s a Special One”


    Davido was quite unwilling and hesitant to reveal the real status of Chioma during a recent interview but he dropped a hint.

    Davido was reminded that it was on the radio station that he revealed his second baby mama, Amanda, was expecting his daughter Hailey, Davido responded

    “This one is special”

    This didn’t sit well with Sophia Momodu and Amada who both took to their Instagram page individually to share pictures of their daughters and telling them that they are special.

    During the interview, Davido spoke about his upcoming wedding to his lover, Chioma stating that they have not proceeded with the plans yet but it will definitely happen come in year 2020.
